Do you store my emails or personal data?

Accepted Answer

No — we never store your emails, attachments, or personal email content. InvoiceSorter only temporarily reads your emails to extract invoice metadata (vendor name, amount, date, invoice number). For IMAP accounts, your password is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and used only to fetch new emails. Exports go directly to your own Google Drive, Sheets, or QuickBooks. You can delete all data from our system at any time.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We only request minimum Gmail permissions (read-only) — we never modify, delete, or send emails. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 flow.
