Can I export invoices to my accounting software?

Yes! InvoiceSorter supports exporting your invoice data in multiple formats that are compatible with most popular accounting software. You can export individual invoices or in bulk.
Supported export formats
- CSV — Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, and most accounting tools
- PDF — Original invoices with extracted data overlays
- JSON — For developers and custom integrations
- XML — Compatible with enterprise accounting systems and ERP software
How to export
- Go to your Dashboard and select the invoices you want to export (use checkboxes or the "Select All" button).
- Click the "Export" button in the toolbar.
- Choose your desired format (CSV, PDF, JSON, or XML).
- Select the data fields you want to include in the export.
- Click "Download" to save the file.
Google Drive integration
InvoiceSorter can automatically sync processed invoices to your Google Drive. Simply connect your Drive account in Settings → Integrations, and choose a destination folder.
💡 Tip
For the best experience with QuickBooks or Xero, export in CSV format and use the "accounting-optimized" preset.
API export
Professional and Enterprise plan users can use our REST API to programmatically export invoice data.
